    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping

    In light of COVID19, we do not ship internationally, as of now. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped, When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. .

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full killogram. Note: All products are made to order. This means, there is a certain level of customization possible on all products. The delivery can take at least 2-4 weeks, depending on type and quantity of the product.
